Though her culinary career began in pastry, Chef Regan has become a student of many other disciplines in the culinary world. From Los Angeles to San Diego, Cirque Du Soleil to Cheesemonger; her variety of experience has instilled in her not to be defined by a singular profession-rather, embrace her individuality and desire to always discover possibility. Through this personal journey, a unique balance has been created when developing dishes which she incorporates seamlessly to her menus. Her ability to share her culinary quirkiness unpretentiously provides the guest with an unabashed look in to herself with each course.
